Questions we are asked before every quote

Everything. CRM, sales, purchase, inventory, delivery and finance, every report and every dashboard — plus implementation, data migration, training, hosting, backups and updates. There is no module to buy separately and no per-transaction charge.

Up to 25 people can log in on the standard plan, each with the access level their role needs. If you expect to go beyond that, tell us early — we will quote an enterprise agreement instead, so you are not re-negotiating mid-year.

No. Plums ERP is cloud-based and fully managed by us, so there is nothing to install, host, patch or back up on your side. Your team needs a browser and a login, and the data is live for everyone at once — office, warehouse or home.

A typical rollout is live in days, not months — the configuration is data, not custom code. It takes longer when there are opening balances to migrate and several departments to train, and we scope that with you before we start.

Yes, and it is part of onboarding. Customers, suppliers, leads, products and opening balances come in through Excel templates that validate every row — bad currency codes, duplicate TRNs and missing required fields are reported back per row so you can fix and re-upload. If you are coming off another system, we also reconcile opening balances against your trial balance.

Yes. VAT groups are mapped to the VAT 201 boxes, each customer and supplier carries its own VAT treatment, TRNs are validated as 15 digits with duplicate detection, and there are separate corporate-tax registration and tax-residency fields. AED is the base currency with document currency and exchange rate on every transaction.
